Meet the Team: The Stylists Behind Fettle and Mane

At Fettle and Mane, the team is intentionally limited. We are not a high-volume salon trying to process as many guests as possible through as many chairs as possible. We are a boutique team with a specific standard, a shared education foundation, and a genuine culture that we protect.
Jen Segetti: Owner, Master Stylist, and Extensions Training Specialist
Jen has over 18 years of experience in color and extensions. She developed the proprietary Fettle and Mane Extension Method, holds certification as an extensions training specialist, and is the person who assesses every stylist who joins the team before they ever touch a paying guest. Hannah
Hannah is our senior stylist. She has a reputation for lived-in color work and a particular skill with fine hair and extension installs that require a light hand and precise placement. She mentors newer stylists and has deep experience with guests who come to us after bad experiences elsewhere.
Tori, Sherlyn, and Charlotte
Our mid-tier stylists have each completed the full Fettle and Mane curriculum, passed all required skills assessments, and developed their own specialties. All three handle color, cuts, and extensions with care and skill.
Our Assistants
Our assistants are in our 9 to 10 month training program, focused exclusively on mastering the 17 core skills every Fettle and Mane stylist must demonstrate before working on paying guests independently. Read about the education system that every stylist goes through
