F&M Salon Policies

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our clients, please familiarize yourself with our salon policies:

Appointments

  • Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online, over the phone, or in person.
  • Confirmation: We will send a confirmation reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.

Late Arrivals

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, and a late arrival fee may apply.

Service Satisfaction

  • If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 7 days, and we will make reasonable adjustments to address your concerns.

Health and Safety

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your service.
  • We maintain strict hygiene standards and appreciate your cooperation
